Yes, we guarantee the production for all our Same Day Service products as long as you meet our cut-off time of 9:30 AM PST. This production schedule is 100% guaranteed – If we do not meet your deadline, your purchase will be refunded and you can keep your business cards.

Approving your proof

If you have requested an Online PDF Proof, this needs to be approved by 9:30 AM PST for your order to be produced. All online PDF proofs are created manually by our Prepress Team, as such we highly recommend to have your files uploaded to your order no later than 9:00 AM PST to allow enough time for you to receive, review and approve your proof.

Pickup

All Same Day Service products are produced at our Vancouver location only. If you meet our Same Day Service cut-off time, we will produce the order in its entirety and have it ready for pickup at our Vancouver location by 5:00 PM PST or earlier (we close at 5:30 during weekdays).

Same Day Service orders for pickup at our other locations have the following transit time from the date you approved your online PDF proof: Toronto, 1-2 business days and New York, 2-3 business days.

We advise all customers to wait for their 'Pickup confirmation email' before arriving to pick up a Same Day Service order.

Shipping

Delivery time is not included in the Same Day Service schedule; and delivery times will vary by location and shipping service selected. We only guarantee complete production of your order if you meet our cut-off time.
