To confirm that your files uploaded correctly, log in to your account on our website and click “Current Orders” – if files are uploaded correctly your order status will be “File Uploaded” (or if it has proceeded further “Awaiting Customer Approval”, “Prepress” or “Printing”).

The files uploaded to your order can be seen by clicking “View Order Details”.

If your order status is still “Awaiting Customer Files”, your files did not upload or you are still having issues please view How do I upload files?, or contact Customer Service for further assistance.
