We only accept approval of your Online PDF Proof via the online system.
Your order is then sent directly to the Prepress department to go into production.

If you have any issues you would like to discuss with a Customer Service Representative, please get in contact with us – but you will need to provide final approval by clicking "Approve Proof" on your order status page.
