Refunds & Cancellations

An order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has started production.

If the order is not yet in production, you may request a cancellation and refund by calling our Customer Service Team or by visiting one of our locations.

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us immediately to request a refund or cancellation. Requests sent through email are not guaranteed to be read immediately. We highly recommend to call our Customer Service Team if your request is time sensitive.

All approved refunds will be processed on the original method of payment (i.e. the funds will be returned on the same credit card or same PayPal account that was used to purchase the order).
