If your order has been shipped, you can check the tracking number available in your Account Manager.

Keep in mind shipping times are estimated in business days (Monday–Friday). UPS and Canada Post do not deliver on weekends.

If your order is late or did not arrive, please contact our Customer Service team and we will investigate with the shipping provider.
