Turnaround times and completion dates are based on estimates only. We always strive to fulfill all orders within or before the estimated completion date; however, please note that unexpected equipment failure, malfunction or technical issues can delay the printing process.

Completion dates cannot be guaranteed unless a rush fee is paid or if the deadline was discussed and guaranteed by a Manager.
