This File Error is given by our Prepress team if your submitted artwork has a different size than the ordered product and your artwork cannot be shrunk down proportionally to fit the ordered size.

If you ordered standard business cards, your artwork needs to be 3.5" x 2" plus 0.125" bleed on all sides. The final file size with bleed needs to be 3.75" x 2.25".
