An order will not be generated until the payment has been processed and received.

When your payment is processed you will be emailed an invoice and order number (this email also contains other details such as confirmation number and file upload link).

If you received the email invoice – your payment was processed and order generated.

If you completed payment and reached the confirmation page on our website but did not receive an email invoice, please first check your junk / spam email folder. If you still do not have the email, we may have an incorrect email address for the account, or your payment was not completed – check these details in your Account Settings on our website.

You can then view your invoices and check order status at any time by logging in to your account and viewing “Current Orders” (or “Previous Orders” for older orders). If you are still having issues confirming if your order or payment was processed, please contact our Customer Service team.
