Your credit card will be charged after you enter the card information and click “Submit”. This occurs in the Payment step of the order process. If you are going through a mock check-out to view your final price with shipping costs and tax, you can do so without being charged as long as you do not enter your card information and click “Submit”.

Please note an order will not be generated in our system until payment is received. Our prepress team does not review files or send proofs without a paid order generated in our system.

We do not store any credit information in our system, so any additional payments you need to make on your order will require you to call our Customer Service team to re-supply this info.
