You can easily check the status of your order at anytime by following these steps:

  1. Log in - From our website, hover over the account icon at the top right corner, enter your email address and password, and click on the log in button.

  2. Once in your Customer Account Center, click on Print Orders: Current

  3. Scroll to the order in question

  4. The order status will be in 2 areas: on the top right corner (right of the job name) and in the Order Status tab
