If you have uploaded your files, but your order status still says “Awaiting Customer Files” (or "Awaiting Customers Approval" or "File Error") this means that your upload did not complete properly. Please ensure you are using Firefox or Chrome internet browsers and click the “Finish” button when your upload is complete.

Go to your file upload link. Upload your your files into your order again and ensure that you click on the "Finish" button when complete and receive confirmation.

When completed, review your order status to ensure that has changed to "File Uploaded" (or "File Re-Uploaded") – this means your files have been received. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact our Customer Service team.
