All Online PDF proofs are emailed to the registered email in your Jukebox account. The email will include a direct link to your Customer Account Center which will require you to log in before you can access your Online PDF proof.
Once in your Customer Account Center:
Click on Print Orders: Current
Find your order - the status should indicate Awaiting Your Approval
Download your Online PDF proof by clicking on the pink Download button
When you are ready to approve your proof, click on the green Approve Proof button
Please note that only orders placed with proofing type, 'Online PDF Proof', will be sent a proof and be required to approve the proof. After approval, you will not be able to make changes to your design or order details. Orders placed as ‘Run As Is’ will go to press immediately and do not require your approval.
