This File Error is given by our Prepress team if you have white ink in your artwork but your current order does not include white ink.

With the current order details, any white areas in your artwork are considered transparent and will show the paper stock through it.

There are two possible solutions to move forward with your order:

  • Change the white elements in your artwork to a color (black is often recommended for coloured paper stocks) and re-upload your file to your print order.
  • To proceed with white ink on your product, please call our Customer Service Line at +1 888 667 0067 to upgrade your order to screen printing (additional costs will apply).
