We offer a 1 business day turnaround time for all of our sticker orders, and orders approved by 9:30 AM PST will be produced the same day.

Same Day Production

If you have requested an Online PDF Proof, this needs to be approved by 9:30 AM PST for your order to be produced the same day. All online PDF proofs are created manually by our Prepress Team, as such we highly recommend to have your files uploaded to your order no later than 9:00 AM PST to allow enough time for you to receive, review and approve your proof.

Orders approved past 9:30 AM PST are guaranteed to be completed production by the next business day.

Pickup

All sticker orders are produced at our Vancouver location only. If you meet our Same Day Service cut-off time, we will produce the order in its entirety and have it ready for pickup at our Vancouver location by 5:00 PM PST or earlier (we close at 5:30 during weekdays).

We we have daily shipments to our Toronto office, the transit time from the date you approved your online PDF proof is 1 business day.

We advise all customers to wait for their 'Pickup confirmation email' before arriving to pick up a Same Day Service order.

Shipping

Delivery time is not included in the Same Day Service schedule; and delivery times will vary by location and shipping service selected. We only guarantee complete production of your order if you meet our cut-off time.
