Please properly complete an exemption certificate (Form ST-120, Resale Certificate) and email it to accounting@jukeboxprint.com after you place your order or within 90 days of your purchase.

If sales tax was paid on a current order, we will refund the sales tax amount after validation.

Please note, sales tax exemption requests over 90 days will need to be directed to the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.
