We are happy to provide a discount for registered non-profit organizations and registered charities. In both cases, we require a registered non-profit organization or charity number to be eligible.

This offer is only valid towards regular priced products and cannot be used with another promotion or discount. It will not be applicable to sale items. Please see the procedures below.

Registered Non-Profit Organization

Whether you are ordering a standard or custom product, you will have to submit a Custom Print Quote form to obtain a 10% non-profit organization discount towards your regular priced order. An Estimator will verify your request and provide further instructions for ordering.

If you have already paid for a print order, you can call our Customer Service Line with your order number and registered non-profit organization number, to request a refund. Upon approval, we will process a refund of 10% of the amount of your order.

Registered Charity

Registered charities who can supply a tax receipt are eligible for a 15% discount towards a regular priced order.

All orders, standard or custom, will have to be paid in full via our Place Order page or Custom Print Quote, and the discount will be made in form of a donation afterwards.

For standard orders, call our Customer Service Line after the order is placed to request the donation. Ensure to have your registered charity number handy.

For custom orders, please include your registered charity number in the additional comments section of your request, so our Estimator can take care of your donation request.

Please note, the donation request needs to be made before the order is dispatched for shipping or pickup.
