What is the difference between plans?
JumboBros offers four flexible plans tailored to your store’s needs. All plans include a 14-day free trial and the same robust features, such as unlimited pop-up configurations and full customization options.

Here are the available plans:

  • Free: Designed for development stores with no cost.

  • Starter: Up to 2,000 views per month.

  • Scale: Up to 10,000 views per month.

  • Pro: Unlimited views per month.

The primary difference between plans is the number of views included. As your store grows, you can upgrade to accommodate higher traffic.


How are views calculated?
Views refer to the number of times a popup created with JumboBros is displayed to visitors. Every time a visitor sees your popup, it counts as one view.


Where can I find my current month’s view usage?
Your "Usage Overview" is updated daily and can be found in the JumboBros dashboard. This provides a clear breakdown of the number of views used for the current month.


What happens when I reach the view limit for the month?
As you approach 80% of your monthly view limit, we’ll notify you via three warning emails sent to your store owner’s email address over three days.

If no action is taken, such as upgrading your plan, we will temporarily pause the popups until the first day of the next month. This ensures you maintain control over your costs while using the app.
