Introduction πŸ‘‹

You can add additional materials as attachments to your Juro contracts, and access them directly within the document. Stored in an easy-to-access tab, the lifespan of these documents (such as the time and date they were added to the contract) is also tracked in your contract's timeline.

Adding an attachment πŸ“Ž

To add an attachment to your contract:

1. Click the 3 dots in your document's Actions bar and select Attachments.

1. Click the 3 dots in your document's Actions bar and select Attachments.

2. Click Add attachments and select the file from your desktop.

3. To allow external parties access to these attachments, toggle on the Make attachments visible to any external party option.

Enabling this option will allow external parties to download existing attachments and upload attachments of their own. If, at any time, you need to restrict access to these attachments, you can toggle this off again.

The upload has now been attached to your contract and is accessible from the ATTACHMENTS tab going forward!

Managing attachments πŸ“Ÿ

You can download, delete or open the document in the browser by clicking the 3 dots to the right of the relevant attachment's filename and selecting from the dropdown menu.

πŸ’‘ NOTE: Attachments are not included as part of PDF downloads, and so need to be exported separately. They are accessible on Juro at any time before and after signing in the ATTACHMENTS tab of the contract.
