Introduction πŸ‘‹

Each team on Juro has its own dedicated archive where they can move documents that are no longer needed.

Using the Archive πŸ’Ό

Moving a single contract to the Archive 🚚

To move a single document to the Archive:

1. Go to the document you'd like to archive on your Contracts homepage and click the 3 dots next to the document name.

2. Click Archive.

3. In the message that appears, click Yes to archive your document

Moving multiple contracts to the Archive 🚚 🚚 🚚

To move multiple contracts to the Archive in one go, you'll first need to create a table view with the selected documents.

Once you've done this, in your table view:

1. Select the relevant checkbox in the Document Name column: clicking the box directly next to the heading will select all of the documents in the table view.

2. From the mass actions bar, select Archive.

3. In the message that appears, click Yes to archive your documents.

Moving templates to the Archive πŸ”½

Templates can be moved to the Archive using the exact same process as with Contracts.

The only difference is that the table view should be created and all of the above actions done in your Templates section.

Accessing the archive πŸ”‘

To access the Archive:

1. In the sidebar of your Contracts homepage, click Archive.

2. There are two actions you can take with an item in the Archive:

Restore it: to do this, click on the three dots on the individual contract and select Put back

Permanently delete it: click on the three dots on the individual contract and select Delete forever

To empty your entire archive, at the top of your page, Click Empty Archive and then Yes on the final prompt pop up:

πŸ’‘ NOTE: Documents emptied from the archive are deleted permanently and cannot be restored.
