Moving individual contracts to the Archive 🚚
To archive a single document:
Moving multiple contracts to the Archive 🚚 🚚 🚚
To move multiple contracts to the Archive in one go, you'll first need to access the Views section on the homepage of Juro. Use the + icon to create a new view or open an existing view that contains the desired documents. Once you've done this:
1. Select the relevant checkbox in the Document Name column: clicking the box directly next to the heading will select all of the documents in the table view. Then, select Archive. |

Templates can be moved to the Archive using the same process as with Contracts.
The only difference is that the view should be created, and all of the above actions actioned from the Templates section.
Accessing the Archive 🔑
To access the Archive:
2. Click the 3 dots next to the relevant contract and select the next action for your document. Here you can choose to:
Restore it: to do this, click on the three dots on the individual contract and select Put back
Permanently delete it: click on the three dots on the individual contract and select Delete forever |

Emptying the Archive 🗑️
At the top of the Archive page:
2. Click Yes on the final prompt pop-up: |

💡 NOTE: Documents emptied from the archive are deleted permanently and cannot be restored. |
