There are three ways to create contracts in Juro. You can:
Below, we'll run through the different ways of creating a contract so you can decide the best path for your workflows.
Creating a contract from a template ποΈ
Using a template as your starting point is probably the quickest and easiest way to approach your contract creation processes.
To create a contract from a template:
2. Select your template and click Continue.
If relevant, fill out any pre-assigned Q&A flow questions from the template to access the draft contract.
Once you're in the contract, you can edit the smartfields. These will serve as the data entry points that you can drag and drop directly onto your contract editor.
Uploading a third-party file against an existing template π½
To upload a contract that was created outside of Juro:
2. Drag and drop the document into the upload portal, or click select from your computer to select it from your desktop.
3. Select the template you'd like to upload the file against and Click Continue.
4. Add any relevant tags to your document and click Complete tagging. You can skip this step by selecting Skip tagging instead.
Alternatively, to upload a document without using the features of an existing template, at the Select Document type stage, select Skip.
Creating your contract from scratch π
To create a contract from scratch, on your Contracts homepage:
Click Add document and then + Create from template
At the Select template stage, select skip
When prompted, enter the name of the other party. This will also name your document, but you can change this later on if needed
Click Continue.
