Custom email branding in Juro

Put your branding front and centre in your Juro emails to customers

Introduction 👋


Your brand is your business, so it's great to be able to share this when your company communicates with the world.

To help grow your business and connect with customers, you can customise your Juro email notification to include your branding, colour scheme and logo.


Creating a branded email for your organisation 🏢


In your Juro workspace:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click the Organization tab in the ribbon at the top of the page

  3. Select Email branding

  4. Add a JPEG or PNG of your logo and choose a custom colour for the buttons and email lines

  5. Click Save changes

💡 NOTE: You can’t customize the body of emails, such as footer and header information, changing layouts for a button, adding images, or default content for the email.


Creating a branded email for a team/workspace 🌐


In the Juro workspace

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click the Teams tab in the ribbon at the top of the page

  3. Click on your team in the Team Name column

  4. Once in the team settings, select Branding

  5. Add a logo and choose a custom colour for the buttons and email lines

  6. Click Save changes

💡 NOTE: If you already have a logo for your organisation or team, you can reuse this in the Branding tab by clicking on the avatar and choosing Use team’s (organization’s) logo.
