With Juro's Versions feature, you can update your contract in Juro with the latest version without having to create a completely new document. Moreover, you can keep track of the different versions and the changes made between each version in the contract's Timeline.
💡 NOTE: Versions can be uploaded onto unsigned contracts only. If you have added a signature to your contract in Juro, this will need to be removed using our Unsign & edit flow before you can upload and mark a contract as fully signed.
Where a contract has been sent through Juro's negotiation flow, a version cannot be uploaded as 'fully signed'.

Uploading password-protected documents as versions 🤺
You can upload password-protected documents as new versions in a few simple steps. From your Contracts homepage.
2. Drag and drop the document into the upload portal, or click select from your computer to select it from your desktop. |
|
3. Juro will automatically recognise documents already in the workspace, and ask you to update them or upload a new one if they were previously created via Juro. |
|
Once the password has been entered successfully, you'll be asked to update a document if it already exists in Juro or create a new document entirely if it doesn't.
This feature also works with our Salesforce integration. You can create a contract via Salesforce and upload the 'fully signed PDF file' as a new version in Juro. At this point, the file will then be fed back into Salesforce.
