💡 NB: Action is required by all Admins of Juro's Salesforce package to avoid disruption to your contract workflows. Please read below and follow a few simple steps to upgrade to our latest version.

Introduction 👋

In our latest Salesforce package, we've added a new function: the ability to send contracts created in Salesforce through Juro's Negotiation Flow!

As well as being able to use all of the normal functionality of the Negotiation Flow, counterparty changes accepted by you in Juro will passed back to and reflected in your Salesforce environment.

What's available? 🎁

Support for ‘Create new versions’ and contracts originating from Salesforce

  • Easier negotiation and tracking of changes for contracts that have been created in Salesforce

By enabling the Create new versions option on your template, the negotiation flow will be available for the documents you create from Salesforce using this template.

  • Better visibility of the data that waiting to be synced

When a counterparty makes suggested edits and triggers the Negotiation Flow, you can see what data from Salesforce will be updated upon accepting any changes.

When data is changed in both Salesforce and in the counterparty's version, all data is stored and presented to you upon receiving the document back so you can decide which data to update.
