Having a good understanding of your clients’ health status is the key to a successful meal planning. You can create a custom meal plan for individual clients or group programs to suit their nutritional needs and health goals. 

Dietitians and health experts create our delicious meal plan programs to help your clients lose weight, consume more protein, go vegan, and more. Browse dozens of programs and get the right meal plan for your clients in a few easy steps.

1. Go to Discover Programs and click Meal Planning.


2. Browse and select a meal plan through our library and click Use Program then click Copy Program.


3. Edit the program details as you prefer or use it as is then click Save Program.


4. A copy of the meal plan goes to your library in My Programs. Click the copy of the meal plan program in your library to view the program module recipes and to setup the program start date in Calendar.


Getting to know your clients’ lifestyle will have a big impact on how you choose a meal plan for them. Remember to start from where they are currently at. Adapt the meal plan and the ideas for the menu to the current lifestyle of your client, not the lifestyle that you think they will have after consulting with you.
