Habit coaching allows you to stay connected and drive motivation to your clients. It is a great way of making health and fitness a bigger part of their life and incorporating daily routines that can improve the lives of clients every day through small steps.

By creating your clients' daily habits, you set them up to achieve bigger health and fitness goals.

We provide Programs offering habits and transforming not just the fitness and nutrition of your clients but their overall lifestyle.

Select from a variety of habit programs and get your clients up for the challenge!

  • Go to Discover Programs and select Habit Coaching.

  • Browse from our list of habits or you can use the Search option on top. You can also create your own habit program by clicking Create New Program.

  • Select a habit program to check the calendar and module contents. click Use Program and click Copy Program to put on your program library.


You can Edit the title and the description after copying the program or use it as is then click Save Program.
