For JustCoach website dashboard:

  1. Log out of your account

  2. Restart your computer

  3. Log back in (please make sure that you are using the correct email address to access your JustCaoch account)

  4. (Optional) Update your computer software (OS) version, if you experiencing any issues with running the JusctCaoch website dashboard

For JustCoach mobile app:

  1. Uninstall the App

  2. Restart your phone

  3. Reinstall the App (please make sure that you are using the correct email address to access your JustCaoch account)

  4. (If having the same issue) Update your mobile device software (OS) version
