What is Your Cancellation Policy?

The justcoach cancellation policy guidelines

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request to cancel your account is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account link and by following the instructions to access our secure customer hub. Our Customer hub provides a simple no questions asked cancellation link.  

There will be no partial (or prorated) refunds on monthly OR annual payments.

Cancellations will be effective once the cancellation request has processed (typically this happens immediately). You will be unable to log in to the justcoach website after that time. If you did not submit your cancellation request in time and the current month's payment has already processed, we will not issue a refund for the current month.

Once you cancel, you will no longer have access to the Program, including all content and community resources.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Program.
