Can I have a refund?

Please refer to the terms and conditions, linked on your booking confirmation, where you will find the refund policy for the event that you have booked. These are the same terms and conditions that you agreed at the time of booking.

If you do not have your booking confirmation to hand, then you can download a copy from your Kaboodle account.

You will need to log in and then head to the important documents section.

If you are due a refund, it will be processed back onto the card you used to make the booking.

If you no longer have the card you used to make the booking, please get in touch with us on hello@kaboodle.co.uk.
