Log into your Kaboodle account.
Select “View Booking” on the relevant event.
Select “Manage Pre-Payment Plan” or select the “Pre-Payment Plan” tab at the top of the booking overview.
Scroll down to the Payment Card section and select “Change Payment Card”.
Fill out your new card details and select “Update Card Details”.
All future payments will automatically be taken from the new card details in line with the pre-payment plan dates.
IMPORTANT: If your pre-payment plan is in an error state, then the option to change your card details will not be available. The pre-payment plan will attempt to take the missed payment 3 times. After the 3rd attempt you can then log into your booking and pay the missing payment.
Use your new card to make this payment and link it with your pre-payment plan for any future instalments.
