A Kaido Challenge is very deliberately a team based employee engagement activity.

From our data you are 230% more likely to complete the Challenge if you take part alongside other colleagues, that you are if you take the Challenge alone.

Teams can have anywhere between 2 and 10 colleagues in them and you can join a team with anyone from across the sponsoring organisation for your Challenge.

If you would prefer to take part in the Challenge alone, that is no problem. You should create a single person team and not invite any of your colleagues to it. Please note single person teams are not on the Challenge Leaderboard.
