You can connect your Google Fit to Kaido in order to automatically share your activity data and earn exercise points.

When hitting the 'sync' button on your activity log, your Google Fit will send us an activity summary for the current day that includes a record of your steps and activities

Kaido will then award you exercise points. Your points are calculated based on the duration and intensity of your exercise, cross-referenced with your biometrics. If you are fit and healthy, you will have to work harder to earn your activity points than a less healthy colleague.

As Kaido receive an active summary, there may be a small difference between the activity reported on your Google Fit device and the activity logged in your Kaido app.

This is based on how Google Fit classify your activity.
