You can connect your Fitbit to Kaido in order to automatically share your activity data and earn exercise points.

When hitting the 'sync' button on your activity log, your Fitbit will send us an activity summary for the current day that includes a record of your steps and activities

Kaido will then award you exercise points. Your points are calculated based on the duration and intensity of your exercise, cross-referenced with your biometrics. If you are fit and healthy, you will have to work harder to earn your activity points than a less healthy colleague.

As Kaido receive an active summary, there may be a small difference between the activity reported on your Fitbit device and the activity logged in your Kaido app.

The reason for this is that Fitbit sends Kaido two activity types 1) a list of your daily steps and 2) a separate record for your activities.

Steps completed during an activity for example tennis are shown in both the steps record and the activity record.

As a result Kaido subtracts the steps from the activity record and shows total daily steps + activity exercise minutes on your activity log and awards points appropriately.
