Reflection in its simplest form is thinking about what you do. It is closely linked to learning from experience.
We want you to look back on your day and think about what you did, what happened and if you would do something differently next time.
This process is an important part of the behaviour change journey.
You might be thinking, why do I need to reflect? Well reflecting can help you to:
Make better decisions
Learn and develop
Figure out what you do and don’t like
Think about what you would do differently next time
Identify your habits
Understanding why we do things, how it makes us feel, and importantly if we would do it again, helps us to gain a real sense of perspective, which is important for overall wellbeing.
At the end of each day we would like you to take a minute to reflect on your day and how the tasks went for you.
