You can take the Kaido Challenge alone or as part of a multi-person team with between 2 and 10 colleagues.

We actively encourage you to take part in the challenge with the social support of your peers. Social support is widely considered to be the 5th pillar of wellbeing and users who take part in the challenge as part of a multi-person team are 230% more likely to complete it. In addition, members have a significantly higher chance of achieving their health and wellbeing goals.

Should you choose to take part in the challenge alone then you can expect to receive the same challenge experience as a multi-team user, however you will not be included on the Challenge Leaderboards. You can read why here

Please note by taking part in the challenge alone you will still be entered into Milestone Prize Draws.
