Before the Challenge goes live, you will be asked to complete your Challenge Onboarding Information as follows:

1) Select your Goal / Theme for the Challenge.

You have four options to choose from 1) Improve my Fitness 2) Calm my Mind 3) Improve Health Understanding and 4) Lose Weight. The Goal you choose determines the health and wellbeing content and tasks you need to complete each day of the Challenge.

2) Choose your Division.

Your company may ask you to select which part of the company you are signing up from. For example geographical location or working unit. This is to help them with engagement reporting only and no personally identifiable information will be shared back with your employer at all.

3) Input your Biometrics.

You will be asked to input your age, height and weight. This information is needed to calculate your individual daily physical activity points and also ensure the health and wellbeing content you receive is relevant to you. Any information you input is free form, you remain in full control of it at all times, and you can be confident that no personally identifiable information will be shared with anybody at all. Not within teams and especially not back with the sponsoring organisation (your employer).

4) Upload an Avatar.

You have the option to upload a profile image that is visible to members of your team only. If you choose not to upload a profile image, that is fine, your Kaido account initials will be used by default.

โ€‹5) Join a Team.

Kaido is a team-based Challenge, therefore you will need to join a team with between 2 and 10 colleagues in order to participate. You can either Create a Team or Search for a Team.

Please note, you must have completed all 5 sections of the Challenge Onboarding in order to see the 'Start Challenge' button on Day 1 of your Challenge. If you are not seeing the 'Start Challenge' button, and you know your Challenge has started, make sure you have completed all of the Challenge Onboarding information.
