Reflection, in its simplest form, is thinking about what you do day-to-day and learning about your habits.

You are encouraged to reflect during the challenge by looking back on your day and thinking about what you did, what happened, and if you would do something differently next time. This is an important part of the behaviour change journey and Challenge participants often mention it is one of the most useful and rewarding parts of the Challenge journey.

You can earn 120 Kaido Points per day by writing a Reflection. The reflection could be the length of an average tweet or a more considerable journey entry. The key is that you have taken the time to consider what you have done, how it made you feel and if you would do something differently next time.

Please note the Reflection element of the Kaido App is 100% private and personal to you. None of the Reflections you write over the course of the Challenge can be seen by any other person including your teammates, employer or other colleagues taking part in the Challenge across your company.

At Kaido we take our responsibility for your personal data extremely seriously and want you to be confident in sharing your personal information to enhance your Challenge experience.

You can learn more about how your data is handled in our Privacy Policy.
