Each new day of the challenge you will be sent up to three Wellness Tasks to complete based on the current theme of the challenge and your goal for taking part.

Wellness Tasks are health and wellbeing related experiments that we encourage you to try. We understand that not every task will work for you, but the goal of a Kaido Challenge is to find one or two things that do. 

By completing daily Wellness Tasks you will receive 120 Kaido Points.

To earn your points, you should mark the task as complete on your Daily Log. For some tasks you may be asked to input a number into the box, for example entering your daily mindfulness minutes, or reflecting on the number of units of alcohol you have consumed this week.
