Kaido's inclusive Wellbeing Challenges help you engage with your health and wellbeing in a fun and interactive way.

Kaido Challenges last for 6 weeks and focus on four key pillars of health: Physical Activity, Nutrition, Sleep and Mental Health. These pillars are supported by known behaviour change principles such as reflection, gamification and goal setting.

During the challenge, You collaborate in teams to earn Kaido Points by doing daily physical activity, completing health and wellness tasks and reflecting on your practise, whilst competing to complete a virtual journey; examples include ‘Around the World in 40 Days’ and the ‘Seven Natural Wonders Challenge’. Points unlock milestones and the opportunity to win exclusive challenge themed prizes.

The goal of a health and wellbeing challenge is to develop self awareness around your health and wellbeing, whilst taking away one or two topics that you find interesting and feel empowered to explore further in the out of challenge period.
