Your Apple Health data syncs with Kaido every time you hit the 'sync' button on the Daily Log.

In order to protect your personal information we do not automatically pull data from your connected device.

To force a sync, navigate to the Daily Log (found inside each Challenge Day) and hit the sync button.

Please ensure that your Apple Health application is open and up to date in order for Kaido to pull your most recent data.
