A Streak is a count of how many consecutive days in a row you have completed your Challenge Day activities (Sustainability Tasks & Reflection) on time (i.e. on the day that they appear).

We reward you for your consistency throughout the Challenge with additional ‘streak’ bonus points. The longer your streak continues for, the more points you can earn for your team!

A Kaido Challenge streak starts from Day 2 onwards, and is awarded based on the number of points you have achieved in previous days of the Challenge (excluding bonus points from Team Boosters etc).

The logic for awarding Streak points is as follows:

[Total of all the points earned during the streak] * 2.5%

For example, on Day 2 of the Challenge, you will have earned 240 Kaido Points on Day 1 and 240 Kaido Points on Day 2. Your streak total will therefore be 480 and your streak bonus will be 12 (480 * 2.5%).

As another example, on Day 6, you will have earned:

240 Kaido Points on Day 1

240 Kaido Points on Day 2

240 Kaido Points on Day 3

240 Kaido Points on Day 4

240 Kaido Points on Day 5

120 Kaido Points on Day 6 (as there are no new activities at weekends)

Therefore the total number of points earned on the 6 day streak will be 1,320 and as a result your streak bonus for Day 6 will be 33.

If at any point you break your streak, the streak is reset and the total number of bonus points you can achieve is based on your total points earned from the next day onwards.
