This article walks you through the step-by-step process of creating a new offer in Kakiyo.

Creating a New Offer

Step 1: Navigate to Offers Section

  1. Log into your Kakiyo dashboard

  2. Click on the Offers tab in the main navigation

  3. Click the Add Offer button in the top right corner

Step 2: Name Your Offer

  1. You'll see a screen titled "Name Your Offer"

  2. Enter a clear, recognizable name for your offer in the field provided

  3. Make sure the name is distinctive enough to identify this specific offering

  4. Click Continue to proceed to the next step

Step 3: Create Offer Content

You have two options for creating offer content:

Option A: Manual Entry

  1. Select the Manual Entry option (pen icon)

  2. Write your own offer description in the text field provided

  3. Consider using the Improve with AI button for AI assistance in generating content

  4. Click Continue when your description is complete

Option B: Website Scraping

  1. Select the Website Scraping option (globe icon)

  2. Enter the URL of your offer page in the "Website URL" field

  3. Click Scrape Website button

  4. Once scraping is complete, review the automatically generated description

  5. Edit the content as needed to improve accuracy and focus

  6. Click Continue when satisfied

Important Warning: Do not refresh the page during scraping as credits will still be charged

Step 4: Review and Finalize

  1. On the "Offer Details" screen, review the offer name and description

  2. Make any final edits to the description if needed

  3. Click Create offer to save and add the offer to your account

Tips for Creating Effective Offer Descriptions

  • Length: Aim for approximately 30-50 lines of text

  • Structure: Include a brief overview followed by detailed features

  • Competitors: Highlight what makes your offering better than alternatives

  • Target Audience: Clearly identify who benefits most from your offer

  • Use Cases: Include specific examples of how your offer solves problems

  • Tone: Match the tone to your brand voice while keeping information clear
