Connecting AMC Instances to Kapoq

How to Add AMC Instances within Kapoq

Follow these steps below to add and authorize an AMC Instance in Kapoq.

1. Navigate to the AMC Instances Tab

  • Go to the Admin Module.

  • Select the AMC Instances tab.

2. Add an Existing AMC Instance

  • Click the "Add Existing AMC Instance" button in the top right corner.

3. Set the Marketplace

  • Choose the appropriate Marketplace (e.g., Amazon US (Seller)).

  • Enter the AMC Entity ID—this will generate an Authorization Link.

4. Authorize the Entity ID

  • Copy the Authorization Link.

  • Authorize the Entity ID using credentials that have Admin access.

5. Map Advertisers in Kapoq

  • Once the AMC Instance is connected, map the available Advertisers to the account.

  • Click the Blue Eyeglass icon next to the AMC Instance name to access the advertiser mapping view.

6. Data Processing Time

  • After authorization, Kapoq will automatically begin running queries and storing results.

  • Allow 1-3 hours for the system to process and display available data.
