NEW RELEASES
AMC is now in Kapoq! Connect your instances within the Admin module and view three new visuals and grids within Analytics for Path to Conversion, New-to-Brand Customers, and New-to-Brand Purchases. Our new visuals provide preset lookback periods of 30, 90, and 365 days and all grids can be exported
ENHANCEMENTS
Inventory
A new tab has been added to Manage Inventory specifically for Pan-EU items; this new tab exists at the ASIN level and provides restock recommendations based on combined sales in all relevant marketplaces against the single Pan-EU inventory pool
Listings
New finance API data has been added to the Accounting tab within listing detail pages for SKUs, ASINs, and Parent ASINs
Customer Experience
A new toggle has been added for the LTV Summary report that can be used to remove the LTV by Month tab; we recommend toggling this tab off if you have any issues downloading the report, as it often takes the longest to complete and can time out the entire report during download if there is too much data
Accounting
New finance API data has been applied across the entire Accounting module, with the exception of the Margin Details by SKU Classic View which will receive a complete rebuild in an upcoming release
Global Features
The amount of Rapid Retail Analytics data used for vendor accounts has been restricted to mitigate any potential crossover on days when there just wasn’t any data for a particular item but reporting for the account was received
All product reviews and ratings data have been removed throughout the platform
BUG FIXES
Sponsored Brands allocation was not properly taking into account vendor sales, which sometimes led to duplicated stats
Legacy Sponsored Brand Storefront campaigns were not included in the Sponsored Brands allocation setting
Target detail page Bid Change Log tab was erroring out
Active SKUs were sometimes not shown in the Content Protection grid if its ASIN had a different inactive SKU
The Last 7 Days option in the Analytics and Advertising>Manage date pickers were including the current day of incomplete data
DSP stats were being double converted for non-US marketplaces
Some bids were not going out for Sponsored Display campaigns due to an issue with the cost type attribute
DSP Manage tab counts would sometimes get into a strange state when switching between accounts
