ENHANCEMENTS


Content

  • Content Protection has been moved to the ASIN level, and all items are now protected and no longer need to be opted in! Specific items can still be snoozed or ignored via the Flagged Protection alert so only the most important items are being flagged

Listings

  • Seller names have now replaced seller IDs in the Buy Box alert if they are available for easier identification

Accounting

  • Kapoq will be reloading the last two years' worth of accounting data to capture corrections from Amazon, including some VAT fees that were incorrectly lumped into FBA fees (this is particularly relevant for accounts in the UK marketplace).

Analytics

  • TACOS in the Goal submodule is now separate from the Ad Spend Goal, and can be used for Target TACOS in the Ad Budget overview if a currency-based budget is being used instead

Global Features

  • Subscribe & Save metrics have been updated across the platform to meet Amazon’s new requirements that all developers use their new Replenishment APIs for this data. Please note that this means the SnS submodule in Orders is now at the ASIN level since that is how we receive the metrics

    • Note that with this update, Subscribe & Save data is now available for Vendor accounts!

  • Sorting columns with numeric values in grids now sorts them descending first

  • Brand has been added to all non-advertising DataLink tables

BUG FIXES


  • The COGS diff % in the Comparison tool export showed negative values as positive and vice versa

  • Units Refunded dashboard chip was not matching the Analytics Return Unit quantity

  • There was a divide by zero issue happening in the Advertising Budget Overview chart, causing it to never load when there was no account or brand filter in place

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly aggregation options were missing in the Sponsored Ads charts

  • Inventory simulator was not providing restock recommendations when removal orders resulted in a negative number

  • Manage Sponsored Ads grid exports were showing data shifted over by two columns if the new bid mode and max CPA columns were included in the column filter

  • Non-US Rapid Retail Analytics for vendors was being double converted

  • Ads tab bulk upload was missing the product ads data
