ENHANCEMENTS


Advertising

  • The brand account level default settings for Initial Conversion Rate, Initial Average Order Value, Max ACOS, and Max CPA have been removed. This will only impact any new accounts added to Kapoq moving forward. Eventually, these settings will no longer be available at this level

  • Max ACOS can now be adjusted by a fixed percentage amount in the Targets tab

  • Bid Mode now displays as a parameter within the Change Log

Listings

  • Amazon Buy Box % for the last 30 days, List Price, and Avg Daily Sales (Last 90) have been added to the Buy Box Change alert

  • Buy Box Win Rate has been renamed to Kapoq Buy Box Win Rate and moved to the right of List Price in the Buy Box Change alert

Admin

  • A new workflow for bulk adding users is now available, allowing multiple users with the same settings to be added quickly and efficiently. This new option can be selected from the ‘+Add Users’ button within the Admin>Users. In the new workflow, add multiple users via the 'Bulk Upload' button

Global

  • Various text, formatting, and performance improvements have been made throughout the platform

BUG FIXES


  • If the Analytics>Performance grid was filtered using a column filter and there were no results, the chart data would not update

  • Changing the Ad Strategy from a Campaign Detail page did not refresh the related setting fields

  • Event Stakes and Purchase Order tabs were mapped incorrectly in Vendor SKU detail pages

  • Bulk Assign template download was not working in the Tag Wizard for larger ASIN counts

  • Line graph for the Subscribe & Save stats in the Comparison submodule was changing the baseline and comparison dates, and only one line would display

  • Catalog Bulk Upload template was not displaying the drop-down menu to update the Internal Item Status

  • Goals were sometimes incorrectly converting local marketplace currency entries for future values in the chart

  • ‘Process All’ button was broken in Ad Bid Approvals (this did not impact automation or the ‘Process Selected’ button)

  • ASIN Impression Count and/or ASIN Impression Share would not display in the SQP grid unless Total Impression Count was part of the custom filter as well

  • Mass actions in Content Protection were giving 404 errors
