⚙️ Active vs. Inactive Status in Kapoq

In Listings > Catalog, an item’s Active status is determined solely by its presence in Amazon’s active listings report.

  • Active: The item appears in the most recent All Listings Report

  • Inactive: The item previously appeared but no longer does

When the Active Only toggle is selected, inactive items are hidden for a cleaner view.

Note: This toggle doesn’t affect data or functionality — it’s purely visual.

Even for inactive items, Content Protection can still be enabled. If a product later reappears in Amazon’s active listings, it will automatically reactivate and be included in the next audit.
