Release Notes - August 26th, 2026

Version 26.8.1

Written by Yuliya Duffy

SUMMARY: IN THIS RELEASE

This release mostly features advertising and analytics updates. You can now edit a Sponsored Products daily budget cap directly in Kapoq as an enhancement to the existing alert. Elsewhere, content changes can be uploaded in bulk from the Content Audit tab, Refund Rate joins the Analytics Performance and Comparison pages, and a new Billing page links straight to the payment portal.

ENHANCEMENTS

Advertising

  • When a Sponsored Products account hits its daily budget cap, you can now edit the cap directly in Kapoq. A suggested cap is offered based on how quickly the account spent through the old one, along with the estimated monthly impact. Apply the suggestion in one click, or enter your own figure instead.

  • Negating a search term now defaults to the campaign and ad group the term was actually spending in, so the common case takes one less step. You can still change the target before applying.

  • Advertising Settings now hides the rules that Walmart accounts cannot use, including keyword and target harvesting, bid modifier suggestions, Sponsored Brands creative alerts, and the Amazon-only automation options, so the page reflects what is actually available for the selected account.

  • Manage DSP now opens with its main tabs loaded and a count shown on the rest, so the page is ready to work with sooner.

Analytics

  • Refund Rate is now available on the Performance and Comparison pages, alongside Return Rate. Refunds issued without a physical return are included, so the figure reflects the full refund picture rather than returns alone. Read all about how refund rates are calculated here!

  • Metrics that cannot be selected in the Performance chart picker now explain why on hover, and what to change to make them available.

  • The LTV Raw Orders report now includes promotion type, so promotional and non-promotional orders can be separated in lifetime value analysis.

Accounting

  • The Accounting Comparison date picker now offers This Quarter, Last Quarter and Quarter to Date.

Content

  • Content changes can now be uploaded in bulk from the Content Audit tab using a template, instead of being edited one at a time.

Inventory

  • Performance improvements.

Admin

  • A new Billing page links directly to the Kapoq payment portal, where invoices can be paid and payment history reviewed. Portal access is set up separately, so reach out to your organization's admin or your customer success manager if you need it.

Global Features

  • The brand and account selector now shows what you have selected in a section at the top, instead of leaving your choices scattered through a long alphabetical list.

BUG FIXES

  • Edits to AMC workflow settings, including phase names and phase dates, now reach Amazon. Previously the change saved in Kapoq but never took effect, leaving the workflow's data hidden from Analytics indefinitely.

  • K-Score now attributes stranded and excess inventory to the brand that owns it. On multi-brand accounts every brand was previously charged with the whole account's totals. Metrics with no underlying data are also now handled consistently across all four score modules.

  • The Average Lifetime Value and Customer Acquisition Cost chart no longer inflates the earliest cohort. Orders with no matched customer were being counted together as a single customer.

  • Subscribe and Save replenishment data now syncs reliably and backfills past weeks, rather than stopping at the first duplicate row and leaving later weeks unsynced.

  • ·The waterfall chart on the login page now adds up visually, with the net profit bar sized correctly.

OFF-CYCLE RELEASES

These items were released ahead of the sprint and are already live:

  • Keyword harvesting and negative keyword harvesting are now supported on Walmart campaigns, bringing search term harvesting and negation in line with Amazon.

  • Audience modifiers removed on Amazon's side are now cleared from the campaign grid, instead of continuing to show a percentage for a cohort that no longer exists.

  • FC Processing inventory now includes reserved staging units, so the figure matches Amazon.
