SUMMARY: IN THIS RELEASE
The SKU unit forecast workbook is now built into Kapoq, so forecasts can be set up, reviewed and applied without leaving the app!
Notable items also in this release: item highlights in Content, copying ad strategies across brand seller accounts, a new alert for accounts Amazon has marked at risk, and Prime and National Prime detail in FBA Inventory.
ENHANCEMENTS
Inventory
The SKU unit forecast workbook is now available directly in Kapoq! A guided setup covers choosing products, setting drivers and sales curves, and reviewing the impact before you apply it. Bulk editing is available throughout, and forecasts imported from Excel can be adjusted in Kapoq without a fresh upload.
ASIN unit forecasts can now be rolled up by individual tag, so a forecast can be reviewed by product grouping instead of one ASIN at a time.
Where a SKU has an uploaded forecast, its daily demand now appears alongside the weighted daily demand, so the two can be compared directly.
FBA Inventory now includes Prime and National Prime detail.
Historical inventory now backfills to DataLink automatically for new or out-of-date accounts, so a newly added brand's history appears without a manual request.
Advertising
Ad strategies can now be copied to other brand seller accounts, either one strategy at a time or as a bulk action from the Sponsored Ads Ad Strategies grid, so a strategy built once does not have to be rebuilt per account.
Advertising grid columns now offer an “is override” filter, making it easy to see which values have been overridden rather than inherited.
Off Amazon is now its own advertising placement type rather than being grouped into Other, so off-site placements can be measured separately.
Manage DSP now includes Total Detail Page Views and Total DPVR metric tiles.
Analytics
Your selected metrics in the Performance chart are automatically saved, so the chart opens on the metrics you use most instead of needing to be reset each visit.
Content
Item Highlights are now captured in Content Audit and Content Protection, so changes to highlights are tracked alongside the rest of your listing content.
Buy Box Change and Listing Price Change alerts now include the account and marketplace, so alerts across multiple marketplaces can be told apart at a glance.
Vendor Central now reports Lost Featured Offer %, bringing Buy Box loss reporting to vendor accounts.
Global Features
A new alert and grid flag accounts Amazon has marked “At Risk”, with a banner surfacing the issue so it can be addressed.
Performance improvements across advertising, inventory and content data processing.
BUG FIXES
Hovering the Adjustment Factor column on a Criteo row now shows the placement breakdown behind the calculation, with each placement’s click share, modifier and weighted contribution. The popover was previously empty on Criteo rows, and the explanation below it was missing its percentage.
Unit forecast Excel imports now accept both of the per-SKU sales curves the workbook itself offers. Previously those two curves were rejected on import.
Unit forecast roll-up levels now convert revenue at each account’s own exchange rate before totaling. Previously the whole roll-up used one account’s rate, misstating multi-currency totals.
Sorting by the Coverage Ratio column on the Budget Group grid now works.
