Release Notes - September 23rd, 2026

Version 26.9.1

Written by Yuliya Duffy

SUMMARY: IN THIS RELEASE

Accounting gains a dedicated Order Date View that combines released and deferred revenue, providing a fuller picture of profitability based on performance. Analytics now reports DSP Ad Spend and Blended TACoS, so DSP investment can be read alongside sponsored ads.

Other notable items also in this release: a redesigned login page, a resizable sidebar with clearer module icons, and the ability to paste a SKU or ASIN list straight into the Performance and Comparison filters.

ENHANCEMENTS

Accounting

  • Margin by Month and Margin Details by SKU now offer an Order Date View tab that combines released and deferred revenue.

  • P&L tabs on those pages now follow posted date only. Order date is handled in the new Order Date View tab.

  • Combined released and deferred figures are also included in the Download All workbook and the Reporting margin exports.

Analytics

  • DSP Ad Spend, DSP TACoS and Blended TACoS are now available in Analytics, so DSP investment can be read alongside sponsored ads rather than separately. Note that these are available in the account level aggregation only.

  • You can now paste a list of SKUs or ASINs directly into the Performance and Comparison Tool to filter to exactly the products you want, without having to tag them first.

  • Custom Data Export now offers the Allocate Sponsored Brands toggle, matching the option already available elsewhere.

  • Shipped revenue popovers now note when a figure reflects the Sourcing view.

  • Amazon Marketing Cloud now supports brand filtering, including the graphs, the grid and the Excel export.

Advertising

  • Campaign grid now shows Paused by Kapoq as its own status, so campaigns paused by automation can be told apart from ones paused by hand. Where a campaign is paused manually but has a dayparting schedule that would otherwise enable it, the dayparting toggle turns yellow and explains why on hover.

  • Search term detail page now identifies each target by campaign as well as ad group, making similar targets easier to tell apart. The settings card has been removed to give the grid full width, and the grid tab is now named Targets.

Inventory

  • FBA shipment IDs can now be copied directly from the inbound shipments card.

  • Inventory now includes a Customer Orders Impacting Demand opportunity, listing orders where one customer bought an unusually large number of units. Those units no longer inflate Daily Demand, and you can set the threshold that decides what counts as unusual.

Global Features

  • The redesigned login page is now live for everyone, with a direct “Need Login Help?” link.

  • Sidebar module icons are larger and clearer, and the flyout menu now keeps its module highlighted while you move across to it.

  • Sidebar width is now adjustable, and your choice is saved for next time.

  • Inventory tabs now appear in the same order as the other modules.

  • Performance improvements across advertising and analytics data processing.

BUG FIXES

  • Lifetime value now measures each customer from their true first order rather than their first order inside the lookback window, so cohort LTV and lifetime spend are no longer understated for earlier cohorts.

  • K-Score detail chart no longer errors when a non-percentage metric, such as Sell-Through Rate, has gaps in its data.

  • Sorting by Brand on the Harvestable Targets opportunity grid no longer hangs.

  • Remove Override control no longer appears on the Automate Bids toggle at ad strategy level, where there is no parent setting to revert to.
