SUMMARY: IN THIS RELEASE
Kapoq now alerts you in the app when Amazon changes a Seller Central account’s status. Sponsored Ads gains a Prompts tab reporting on Amazon’s Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands prompts. Admins can now control who sees the Main Dashboard and Brand Dashboard, and unit forecasting adds a By Month view and forecasts for just the SKUs you choose.
ENHANCEMENTS
Advertising
Manage Sponsored Ads now has a Prompts tab showing performance for Amazon’s Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands prompts. It has the same filters, saved columns, comparison dates and Excel export as the other grids.
You can now change bids manually, in the grids or by bulk upload, when Automate Bids is on but Automated Bid Approvals is off. This lets you apply Kapoq’s suggested bids case by case without full auto-approval.
Sponsored Products video campaigns now show an SPV badge on the Campaigns grid, matching SBV for Sponsored Brands. US campaigns only for now.
Target, Placement, Audience and Device columns now stay frozen while you scroll through the metric columns.
Product target harvesting now converts most book search terms reported as 13-digit ISBNs into their ASIN, so they can be harvested instead of being skipped.
The Advertising Change Log has a new Show Automated Bid Changes switch, so you can see Kapoq’s automated bid changes alongside manual ones. The change log also loads faster.
Inventory
SKU Unit Forecasts has a new By Month tab comparing actual and forecast units by month, with a 12, 18 or 24-month window, a units or revenue view, and Excel export. The existing tab is now called 30/60/90 Days.
The Unit Forecast wizard now offers Select SKUs, so you can forecast just the SKUs you pick.
The wizard’s Review step now flags any SKU whose forecast comes out to zero units.
The forecast selector no longer lists unfinished drafts, and new uploads appear without reloading the page. The unused Active column and toggle are gone from the Manage grid.
Accounting
The P&L now includes an Unmapped Transactions line, so transactions without an accounting mapping count toward Net Profit instead of being left out. Analytics margin figures include them too.
Content
Content Protection now shows the date a change was first detected, not just the date Kapoq last checked.
Admin
Admins can now turn off a user’s access to the Main Dashboard or Brand Dashboard from the Add/Edit User window. Users without the Main Dashboard land on the Brand Dashboard or the first module they can open.
Adding an existing Kapoq user to your organization now sends them an email invitation to accept or decline. Admins can see and cancel pending invitations. If the email address doesn’t have a Kapoq account yet, Kapoq now explains how to add them as a new user instead.
DataLink/MCP
DataLink now includes Top of Search Impression Share in the campaign, ad group, target and portfolio advertising tables.
DataLink now includes your bid and budget automation settings, in new Bid Automation Configuration and Budget Automation Configuration tables.
Global Features
Kapoq now alerts you in the app when Amazon changes a Seller Central account’s status. If an account moves to At risk or Deactivated, everyone with access to it sees an alert within seconds that stays open until they acknowledge it. Other status changes show as a brief pop-up. All alerts are kept under a new notification bell in the header and on a new Notifications page.
Date pickers across Accounting, Analytics, Advertising and Orders now include a Last 30 Days preset.
Metric Options in Main Dashboard Settings now includes Walmart. Both is renamed Shared, and Seller and Vendor now also highlight the advertising tiles.
A new Brand Analytics Access Required alert appears on the dashboard when an account is missing the Brand Analytics access needed for Search Query Performance data.
Performance improvements across advertising, accounting and unit forecasting data processing.
BUG FIXES
Total eRPM on the Manage DSP Strategies and Budget Groups tabs, and in their Excel exports, now shows the correct value.
Adding keywords or targets from the Search Terms tab now keeps the ad group you choose, instead of switching to a same-named ad group in another campaign.
Advertising grid status filters now exclude campaigns in unsupported statuses, such as Walmart proposal campaigns, which had shown a blank status and inflated tab counts.
The Campaign filter on the advertising grids now matches campaign names only. It previously also matched campaign type and status, so a search like “Brand” returned every Sponsored Brands campaign. Use the Campaign Type and Status filters for those instead.
Ad Group bulk uploads that include Sponsored Brands ad groups no longer fail with an error.
Negative keyword harvesting now includes zero-sale search terms that were skipped when some of their data was missing.
Margin Details chart tooltips now use your preferred currency instead of always showing $, and the Forecast Wizard’s year-over-year chart no longer shows $$.
The SKU FBA Inventory table in DataLink no longer includes inactive SKUs, which had double-counted reserved units.
